The Place
A familiar piece of Downtown, reimagined.
The property is the former Caldwell Tanks site, a corner of Newnan with its own industrial memory. 57 East is located at 57 East Broad Street, at the edge of what locals already know as Downtown.
Rather than clearing that history away, the redevelopment is intended to become a natural extension of Downtown Newnan, walkable and connected, built on the story of the site instead of ignoring it.
