Why don't all the buildings start at once?
57 East is being built in phases. Buildings A and B begin vertical construction in January 2027. Other buildings will follow between 2027 and 2030 as tenants, users and construction schedules are confirmed. The Deck at 57 is currently planned to begin construction in 2030.
