The vision
Room to gather outside.
The greenspace is planned as part of everyday life at 57 East, not simply space between buildings. It is meant to support walking, sitting, meeting, and gathering, and to help people move between destinations while reaching the LINC. Landscaping is planned to complement Downtown Newnan and keep the district walkable, with an outdoor gathering green for everyday use rather than a single programmed venue.
What is the LINC?
The LINC is Newnan's multi-use trail network, connecting places throughout the community for walking, biking, recreation, and everyday travel. 57 East is planned to connect into that network so the walkable experience extends through the development and toward Downtown.
